tp 170b locked on

Hi, can someone please advise. I use a tp 170b hmi connected to a s7 313 via mpi. Yesterday my company's it section managed to block the s7 programme that is in the plc so basically i cant access the programme. So now if i want to transfer to the hmi i cant because i guess i cant because i have had to download a different programme but the win cc flexible thinks it is connected.does any one know if i can disconnect the old programme from the hmi so i can reconfigure another connection a bit desperate thanks
