P3-HSO , SEEMS NOT WORKING

Hi, i'm just about to setup a automation direct P3-HSO High speed output module, to drive an Omron Smartstep 2. The probleme is when i try it with th HS Module testing. I enter some data and press start. The led on the card start to flash. so when i put my scope on 1A and 1A/ or 2A and 2A/ i have nothing. My card is already alimented with 24vdc on PWR+ and PWR-. If you have any idea Thank you PL

what do you mean by putting scope on 1A and 1A/ ? are you using two probes or your scope is floating (not grounded to mains)? also manual says that "..It has both linedriver and open drain outputs...". if configured as line driver, you should be able to use the scope as intended, but open drain MUST have load resistor or you will not see anything on a scope. http://www.automatio...erm/p3userm.pdf
