INTOUCH AND SQL

Hi everyone, we use Intouch like SCADA system to control our process (we use PLC SIEMENS). The intouch is connected to a data base (SQL). everything was working very well, but some days ago we are having some problems. because of this we would like to know if someone could help us. We record a date on our data base. So, everytime that a DB become true (==1), a script (with isert comand) is executed. Sometimes this action is executed many times, but the trigger was only executed one time. We monitored this DB and didn´t find any wrong behiver. So, we would like to know what could do this script be executed more than one time without the trigger. thanks...
