505 Profibus

I have a Siemens 505 program with Profibus. I would like to add a new drive to this program, but I do not have profibus binary file. How can I retrieve the profibus information from the profibus program, where is the profibs information stored in the program? or in thr PLC? Regards, ali

Hi, do you check the APT (Automation Productivity Tool) documentation ? I guess the answer for your question is there. I know that some programmers has adding new devices on existing plant driven by TI 505, 2 or 3 years ago. dekor.
