Mitsubishi E900 System Loader Needed

I'm trying to upgrade the operating system on an old E900T HMI panel from Mitsubishi. All documents I find about the subject say I should use the System Loader program which is located in HMI tools menu in the start menu. I have already installed E-Designer V7.01 on my machine but never found HMI tools or system loader. I guess it was available on older versions of the E-designer. I downloaded the binary file of the operating system from Mitsubishi website but can't figure out how to program it into the terminal. I appreciate if some body can guide me in that and/or send me the system loader software.
