RFQ: Mechanical and Control system to test power mirrors

I'm looking for a system integrator to build a mechanical fixture for sub-assembling powered mirrors for our medium duty trucks. Mechanical fabrication of the table including switches and sensors to integrate with the control system will be required. A control system to thoroughly test the electrical functionality of the mirror is also required. Please see the attached PDF for details.
