line printer

hi, I'm doing a project which is using line printer. I'm using Epson LQ310. the problem is, the printer is running delay. Which is when first alarm, second alarm and third alarm the printer is did not start run. after the fourth alarm trigger, then the printer is start printing. but it is printing for the first alarm. And so on. the second problem is, it is printing 2 times for each alarm but 1 time for alarm knowledge. the third problem is, it print 2 alarms in a row. how can i set i to make 1 alarm in a row? anyone can help me with this? thanks.

I don't think I'll be able to help you with a printer problem but nor will anyone else with the information you have given. I assume you are printing from a Siemens PLC, hence the question in the Siemens PLC section. The things that anyone who is able to help will need to know. 1. What PLC is it, make, model, part number would be even better. 2. How are you connected to the printer, if an additional card, part number of that. 3. What does you software look like that you are using to trigger prints.

hi, I'm using Simantic S7-300, CPU312. I already make the line printer. But, the problem is, it print not to arrangement. Create 2 column, which mean it print 2 alarm line for a row. How do I make it to print only a alarm in 1 row?
