read/write values to NS

Hello Guys, Is it possible to write values to NS consoles directly by ethernet? I have some fins commands that I can read/write data to PLC, but now I need to write some values on the NS, the values are not needed on the PLC, is just a string on the HMI to the operator. I'm trying to avoid write to the PLC and then the HMI read from that address, it that way would work, but i want to avoid writing values to PLC, I can delete something that I don't want :s In PLC I can do that quite easily with FINS commands, is this also possible for NS?
