Legacy Tag Database Conversion Tool

I have converted around 10 panelview plus programs from 32 bit to the 64 bit format. I have one program that i cant seem to get working properly. Everything converts except for any text descriptions that were currently in the program. Tag data base is still there all indicators still point to the right tag but every text type description whether on a tag or just on a screen is gone. Any Ideas?
