phatton722 Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 (edited) How do I get my PLC to output a 24 VDC signal? I have it set up on a simple ladder logic program to turn on a lightbulb when a specific input is energized, but I can't get the corresponding output to receive a signal higher than 150 mV. What am I doing wrong? By the way, the PLC model is a CP1L-L14DR-A if that helps. Edited June 9, 2014 by phatton722 Quote
Michael Walsh Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 It could be wiring or the program. Can you post a diagram of how you wired the unit and your ladder code? Quote
Mendon Systems Posted June 9, 2014 Report Posted June 9, 2014 Sounds like you don't have 24vdc power wired to the output common. The DR-A is a relay contact output PLC. Quote
Fillipatos Posted August 18, 2014 Report Posted August 18, 2014 Hi You can check few other things in prog: Make sure your plc is in monitor or run mode Or you using same output twice. Quote
