90-70 and 90-30 communication SNP error 040c

hello my project is to communicate a master 90-30 with port IC67CMM711 and a slave 90-70 with cpu IC693CPU374 using SNP Service BUT CUMMUNICATION IS FAILED; THE ADDRESS state of attachment returns 16#040C THAT MEETS IN THE MANUAL: SLAVE Equipment SNP Did not respond to the message sent by the master i jave joined my configuration hardware of master and slave

The problem could be in the cable connecting the two PLCs or it could be in the setup of the COMMREQ instruction in the 90-70 that initiates each exchange of data between them. Please provide details of both.
