OMRON NT31 HMI

Hi, I have been communicating OMRON HMI NT31-ST123-EV2/EV3 for creating, uploading and downloading program screens with NTST4.6 but today I have received NT31-ST123-EV3-QR HMI but it could not be communicated with Support Tool. Can any one sort out the problem? Attached is the snap shot of error message.

Current version of NT-Support Tool is 4.85, probably this 4.66 version of yours does not support hmi you've received. regards

I have tried with NTST4.81 but same problem existing. There might be some other issue in settings

Try to play with settings of comm port? Try with none and also you can try with host link.

That hasn't have any affect. The problem has been sort out but still in try find out solution Actually I have been following options available for PT models in my existing programs while downloading to HMI (attached image) whereas the new model only supports the one (NT31/NTH25) which is not available when screens are to be downloaded into HMI.

Hi Tashinz I still don't know how to get rid of this problem but I have chosen to create new program completely by selecting PT Model NT31/NTH25. downloaded it. I have just tested it on my machine. It is working smoothly. Many Thanks
