Veganic Posted April 6, 2015 Report Posted April 6, 2015 Hello All, I'm looking for standalone web browser in a HMI style form factor. Ideally with a touchscreen. A web server would be good too. It would be to give access to automation devices with an integrated web server. Panel mounted preferred. Can anyone suggests anything? Quote
JRoss Posted April 7, 2015 Report Posted April 7, 2015 So, a touchpanel chromebook? Closest thing I can suggest is a panel PC that starts up directly to a web browser, sort of like a library terminal. Quote
Veganic Posted April 7, 2015 Author Report Posted April 7, 2015 (edited) Google has turned up a nice looking Phoenix Connect web panel. My proof of concept is a small development SoC (Rasp Pi) with a Firefox kiosk. Edited April 7, 2015 by Veganic Quote

sbaum Posted May 14, 2015 Report Posted May 14, 2015 Veganic, Have you found a product for your application? I have a similiar project and have considered the Phoenix Web Panel as well and I'd be interested in your review of it. In my case I'd be using it to read the webserver (viewON) of an eW0N Flexy.
