kku Posted April 15, 2015 Report Posted April 15, 2015 I downloaded the update file using the Omron AutoUpdate Utility. When I tried to install it I get a message saying 'Sysmac Studio is already in use'. Has anyone seen this before? I recently installed Sysmac Studio and this is the first time I am trying to update it. I currently have version 1.11. 15-04-2015 1-28-39 PM.bmp 15-04-2015 2-49-54 PM.bmp
Crossbow Posted April 17, 2015 Report Posted April 17, 2015 If you are not running Sysmac Studio you should not get this error. Hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete, and if you see SysmacStudio.exe in the task list, terminate it. Then install your common components update (fine begins CMN), reboot, and install the rest.
Qing Posted April 23, 2015 Report Posted April 23, 2015 I got RSNetWorx for Device Net problem "RSNetWorx Application has stopped working A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I tried to reinstall it, but it couldn't help. If anyone got the same problem before and how to solve this issue? Thanks a lot!

Crossbow Posted June 22, 2017 Report Posted June 22, 2017 Try to install only the common components update. Then try again to do full upgrade. You can check and uncheck the items to be installed from that window.
