Hi all, I am currently using a GE Fanuc 90 - 70 Series CPU (IC697CPX782) There are 3 built-in serial communication port (port 1, port 2 & port 3). I have managed to connect to port 1 and online, but it appears that port 1 & port 2 only serve for monitoring purpose. So my only option is port 3 (RS-485 female). I note that RS-485 and my computer cannot communicate directly and thus I have used a converter MOXA Transio A52. My hardwire connection are as follow: In the program (Profixy machine 5.9), I have do the following setting: stop bits:1 Parity: ODD Baud Rate 19200 Data bits: 8 Flow Control : None But sadly I still didn't get it work, can anyone point out where did I do wrong? Best regards, Loo
