Attached is the circuit drawing and its for a landscape irrigation pumping system. If anybody can help, please email me. Thanks Jim

panic mode Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 what is it that you need help with? selecting substitute PLC? mabe also programming?
sprinkler jim Posted September 27, 2015 Author Report Posted September 27, 2015 Panic, both, i need install a new plc to replace the Tsx Nano and programming it the same. Does the wiring diagram help at all? Jim
panic mode Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 yes, that is enough to replicate connections to some other device. but it does nothing to explain underlying functionality (program logic).
sprinkler jim Posted September 27, 2015 Author Report Posted September 27, 2015 ok this plc tells the motor to run or not based on the A-O-H (5), pressure switch (0)and flow sensor (1)are closed . The thermal sensor (3) would shut pump down until reset. how would that be written so the plc understands?
panic mode Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 any reason you don't want to sick with same controller and just duplicate program?
