Crossbow Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 How did you wire your pulse input? And what is the speed of the pulses? If you don't get specific about your application we cannot get specific on our answers.
Tarlochan Singh Posted October 6, 2015 Author Report Posted October 6, 2015 Sorry Followings are the details I want to run a motor and giving command by 0-10V for the RPM from PLC to Drive I was taking feedback from 0-10V drive to check the actual running rpm. There is error of 50 to 100 rpm in actual and drive feedback and our application required to display actual rpm on motor shaft. So we dicided to take feedback from motor shaft We fitted one sensor on shaft it is giving one pulse on one revolution of motor shaft Sensor is connected on X0.1 TS
BITS N BYTES Posted October 6, 2015 Report Posted October 6, 2015 As noted in previous post Frequency measurement using PRV instruction only works for high-speed counter 0. Move the sensor to input 0.0 You could also TRY READING THE MANUAL! Frequency Measurement.pdf
