baronnd Posted October 31, 2015 Report Posted October 31, 2015 is there any default password for modicon XBT P021010? one machine am working on is being password by the person that install the machine, and some changes needs to be done on the machine and we found out that the system setup is be passworded,. and no where to get in touch with the installer. I have gone through the manual, the default password they listed "1111" didn't work,. pls Any body with an idea of what to do, thanks.
Crossbow Posted November 3, 2015 Report Posted November 3, 2015 There is no backdoor password that will allow you around the passwords created by the programmer. And discussions about how to bypass a password are not allowed on this forum.
acpi Posted November 3, 2015 Report Posted November 3, 2015 Hi, All you have to do is to upload the application from the panel with XBTL1000 software and then you will see the password. This password is just set to avoid "common" operators to modify the machine parameters there's absolutely no knowledge protection in it. JC
