EMHBH Posted November 23, 2015 Report Posted November 23, 2015 Hi, Our process is controlled by SLC 5/05, and we are using Microsol RTU (CPR21 and 40) as SCADA gateway . We have been offered to replace the Microsol RTUs with ABB RTU560 which said to have PLC functionality. My Question: Is the PLC functionality of ABB RTU560 is capable to fully full our SLC 5/05 control routines or not, so that we can remove the SLC 5/05 and Microsol RTU and replaced them with single Equipment that can do both jobs ? Thank you.
