Developing a block moving system with Flex i/o and control logix

Hello,

I am new to this forum and I am looking for some help. I have to create a block mover system using the controllogix , I know that I must use a SQO as I have done this process without a Flex I/O on a SLC 500 before. Currently I am getting a error while dealing with the array can anyone show me an example of a SQO in 5000?

there are alot of options you can do, for me i would just use indirect addressing , FAL can also do your Block transfer by doing and array ..

Thanks for the reply, I am still having a issue understanding the parameters of the SQO. also is there a way to trigger my sqo witout a timer?

Post a screenshot of your SQO instruction.  What is the error you are getting for this SQO instruction?

Remember the biggest difference between a SLC & a ControlLogix...SLC processors are I/O based (i.e., all instructions are tied to I/O points) and ControlLogix processors are tag-based (all instructions are tied to tags you create or are automatically created when you build your network).
