FX3GE-24MR/ES and electric meter

I have PLC FX3GE-24MR/ES with FX3G-485-BD board  and rail350 electric meter http://www.northern-design.co.uk/docs/manuals/ND%20PowerRail350%20Modbus%20Comms%20Manual.pdf

I want to ask you. Is it possible Modbus RTU Communication between PLC FX3GE-24MR/ES and rail350 electric meter? If yes, then maybe you give advice how need to read data of ladder languages

You need to find out if your meter supports Modbus RTU.  Then look at the FX3 Communication Reference Manual.  There's program examples and everything.
