S5 to S7 Conversion issue

Hey guys,

As you can tell i'm trying upgrade S5 CPU (115U) to S7 300
I have one "trouble making" DI card 6ES5 434-7LA12.
I manged to see some PDF's regarding this card and as far as I can tell this DI card uses 2 byes, 
the first byte is the actual sensor connected to the card and the 2nd byte is for alarms in FC 2 and also it has a reset wired in the card. 
I want to rewrite the logic in different FC instead of the DI card 6ES5 434-7LA12 and thats the part where I need your help.
Can you please advise me what to?
