Crossbow Posted March 11, 2016 Report Posted March 11, 2016 The NB isn't really designed to talk to the NJ. It can, if you assign PLC addresses to all of your variables in the NJ. Then the screen will think it's talking to a CJ. So you can write diagnostic information into variables and made your own screens, but there is no built in troubleshooting screen like on the NS and NA. The NA is the recommended solution with the NJ. Quote
Berti Baker Posted March 12, 2016 Report Posted March 12, 2016 Er, yes Crossbow puts it very nicely: NJ controller and NA HMI are part of the "Sysmac" range, so are designed to talk together. NB is NOT Sysmac, so cannot show troubleshooter and not connect. (except via legacy FINS protocol as mentioned). Quote
