Having problems with the analog drifting.

Over time the counts change.

I have checked grounding and have tied the analog common to the DC common which helped clean up the noise.

I am using a Balluff analog linear sensor 0 - 10vdc for the iputs.

Both channels seems to drift.

Any Thoughts?

Are you using twisted, shielded conductors for the the cable run? Are you using thermocouple wire for the connection? How long is the cable run? Is it parallel to any power or drive cables? Is the cable inside conduit? Is the shield grounded on one end? Is the drifting only in the Schneider module or do you see a similar drift from the sensors? Do the channels drift independently of each other or do they seem to drift together? Is the sensor photoelectric, inductive prox, capacitive prox?
