Vijeo Citect #com error

Hi Friends,

              I am devendra . I am facing problem in Citect.After running Citect project , its showing #com error frequently.We are using Vijeo Citect 7.0 with sp4.

We have fetched the data from Schneider RTUs & OPC servers.  #COM error is showing to the data which are coming from RTUs . At the same time data from OPC shows fine.

#COM error comes every after 2 to 3 minutes . We have checked the network connectivity & found ok . 

It would be very helpful for me if anyone suggest for the solution

Hello Devendra,

In Modbus RTU, #COM error mostly occurs when the communication parameters do not match with SCADA and RTU unit. Kindly check the parameters set.
