AC DC Posted November 13, 2004 Report Posted November 13, 2004 How can I get a value in a tenkey popup window from the library from NS Deisner V6 and change it. I have tried it with a macro releasefocus() at different places, but I get nothing in the keyboard. Please help. Quote
Jay Anthony Posted November 13, 2004 Report Posted November 13, 2004 Amazing! I was just sitting here developing material for an NS class next week and was investigating the same issue. You must enable input from other method and Use Temporary Input under the Keypad tab. Also if you want the focus to be automatically set to the numeral object on entering the screen, you must Set the Initial position of focus under Settings|Change Input Order. Quote

AC DC Posted November 20, 2004 Author Report Posted November 20, 2004 I have used a tenkey in a popup window and its working. I made some changes in the keyboard, color and a macro in it. Is it posible to set it back as a SAP, because now you have to fill in all the numbers and colors etc. for multi language. When you use the standaard tenkey you don't have to change it for the other languages or do I have the wrong approuche. Quote
Jay Anthony Posted November 20, 2004 Report Posted November 20, 2004 I don't understand. What does tenkey have to do with multiple languages? BTW, tenkey is not an SAP, its just a library. Quote
AC DC Posted November 20, 2004 Author Report Posted November 20, 2004 My fault, it is no SAP. I used the changed tenkey in a popup screen. This means that if you use more languages you need to change the letter & number colors to white or yellow (black = default) for each language (apply attribute). Example *.CSV 2,PAGE382,**PNLPG17E.IPW 3,PAGE382,*Command Button,Comment,Label(English),,Label(Dutch),,Label(German),,Label(Danish),,Label(Spanish),,Label(French),,Label(Chinese),,Label(Russian),,Label(Type 8),,Label(Type 9),,Label(Type 10),,Label(Type 11),,Label(Type 12),,Label(Type 13),,Label(Type 14),,Label(Type 15),, 4,PAGE382,PBC0001,"",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 5,PAGE382,PBC0005,"","ENT",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 6,PAGE382,PBC0007,"","7",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 7,PAGE382,PBC0008,"","1",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 8,PAGE382,PBC0009,"","2",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 9,PAGE382,PBC0010,"","3",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 10,PAGE382,PBC0011,"","4",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 11,PAGE382,PBC0012,"","5",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 12,PAGE382,PBC0013,"","6",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 13,PAGE382,PBC0014,"","8",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 14,PAGE382,PBC0015,"","9",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 15,PAGE382,PBC0016,"","0",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 16,PAGE382,PBC0017,"",".",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 17,PAGE382,PBC0018,"","CLR",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 18,PAGE382,PBC0019,"","+/-",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 19,PAGE382,PBC0020,"",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 20,PAGE382,PBC0021,"","CAN",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Is the problem solved if a make it a library member. Jay Anthony Posted November 20, 2004 Report Posted November 20, 2004 If you made changes to the tenkey, then you probably ungrouped it. Regroup it and see if this helps. I think because you brought it in as a library object into a project that was set for multiple languages that when you ungrouped it, each element was forced to take on the multiple languages attribute of your project. You may have to save the project as a different name, change the project to a single langiuage, register the changed group as a library object and then open the old project and reuse it as a library object. I think this will force it to be used as a single language object. Quote
