yacine93 Posted April 1, 2016 Report Posted April 1, 2016 Hi friends While I'm analyzing a ladder program of an industrial machine I found an input with this number 200.00 or 254.06 but I didn't understand what does it mean or which input it represent , thank you for answer me .
Mendon Systems Posted April 1, 2016 Report Posted April 1, 2016 Those are probably not inputs. Any CIO words that are not assigned to I/O modules can be used for internal storage bits. I suspect that somewhere else in the program you will find rungs with logic and a coil for those bits.
Michael Walsh Posted April 1, 2016 Report Posted April 1, 2016 If there are no coils, then they could come from somewhere else, such as EtherNet/IP connections, ControllerLink communications or many other communication options including from an HMI (touchscreen).
