Communications from M241 Ethernet IP to DH+

I am looking for a device to allow communications to and from a series 5 Allen Bradley DH+ to a Schneider Electric M241 Ethernet IP.

Or what is the best way to configure the M241 and third party communications module to allow the communications to DH+.

I did find the Red Lion protocol converter worked well, only with the PLC 5/20E processor with "E" ethernet.
