NT11S cable

I have CIF-02 adapter for CQ1M CPU. I need to get data from the RS232C NT11s.
Can i use CIF-02  with cable adapter CPM2C-CN111 , or i must  buy  XW2Z-002T USB  adaper ?

I thought NT11S had an actual RS232 port on the back?  So you shouldn't need any kind of adapter.
