Clock registers SD211 and SD212 not changing

I'm programming a Q2AS and 2 Q2ASH's

I am utilizing the Clock registers SD211 and SD212 to trigger a latch at a certain time of day.

 

On the 2 Q2ASH's it worked just fine.  However on the Q2AS the clock registers do not seem to increment.  It just worked on the Q2ASH's but maybe there is something I need to enable to make them increment as normal, or is this somehow not supported in this PLC?

On second look, they do seem to be changing, but it is not updated in monitor mode making it very hard to bug test and monitor

You will need to enable SM210 to update the clock registers SD210-213
