Pejo Posted May 16, 2016 Report Posted May 16, 2016 Hi, I'm working on some project for college and i'm stuck on analog programming. Project is next: over the panel with push-buttons and a potentiometer, to a s7-300 PLC, then to the frequency converter abb acs880 which is connected to the asynchronous motor. I know how to wire everything exepct maybe potentiometer. I will show you some pictures if someone want to help me. First, this is analog input AI8x12Bit (6ES7 331-7KF01-0AB0) I address (288...303) and analog output AO4x12Bit (6ES7 332-5HD01-0AB0) O address (304...311). I used scale and unscale blocks for analog programming and i always got sf lamp. Sry on my bad english. Quote
Jenda29 Posted May 17, 2016 Report Posted May 17, 2016 (edited) 1) You will look to diagnostic buffer for cause or causes of SF and send us more info from diagnostic buffer 2) I´m not sure but 24V in your connection diagram isn´t good, I must set which value you want read - voltage or current and which value. Here is more variants and more connections Edited May 17, 2016 by Jenda29 Quote
MicroMan Posted May 19, 2016 Report Posted May 19, 2016 Hi, See the FAQ bellow: How do you connect a potentiometer to the analog module 6ES7 331-1KF0.-0AB0? In general the SIMATIC S7-300 S7-300 Module data is a good point to start. Quote

Pejo Posted May 23, 2016 Author Report Posted May 23, 2016 Btw when i use simulator everything works :O Quote
Bryll Posted May 24, 2016 Report Posted May 24, 2016 The CPU is missing FC105, download it and the CPU should startup. The simulator is working since FC105 is in your off-line project. Quote
