Robo Posted May 23, 2016 Report Posted May 23, 2016 Can anyone direct me to the Mitsubishi Function Block library for GXWorks2? The manuals say its on the website but I can't find it.
Gambit Posted May 23, 2016 Report Posted May 23, 2016 Which FB's are you looking for ?? simple style or structured project style
Robo Posted May 23, 2016 Author Report Posted May 23, 2016 Both. Particularly those for controlling the A800 VSD's using CC Link IE on the Q series PLC with a QJ71GF11-T2 master
Gambit Posted May 23, 2016 Report Posted May 23, 2016 (edited) For the structured versions go to this site: You will have to create a mymitsubishi account before you have access though https://eu3a.mitsubishielectric.com/fa/en/? For simple http://www.mitsubishielectric.co.jp/fa/products/cnt/plceng/download/library/index.html Edited May 23, 2016 by Gambit
Robo Posted May 24, 2016 Author Report Posted May 24, 2016 Thanks for the reply. It's clear that Mitsubishi doesn't have the information I need (again).
Gambit Posted May 24, 2016 Report Posted May 24, 2016 I have an A800 on CC-Link IE Field (Q master) here which is controller by a GOT. You really don't need a FB as it is very easy. What questions do you have?? You only need to set up two parameters in the A800 drive and set the inverter in the CC-Link IE Field parameters.
Robo Posted May 24, 2016 Author Report Posted May 24, 2016 Thanks. I just want to start/stop, change speed of the VSD and monitor any alarms. I've read the FR-A8NCE UM.pdf manual (attached) but it seems more complex than needed. (or maybe I'm reading more into it than needed?) A typical programming example I expect to use is 8.7 in the manual. As I understand it config the VSD, Pr.434=Network No (on my system=1) Pr.435=Station No of the VSD(starts at 21-) I will have 13 VSD's on the network. 3 added so far.
Gambit Posted May 26, 2016 Report Posted May 26, 2016 That is right those are the only two paramters you need to set. If you need any additinal info let me know
