The ADP plugs into the left side of the CPU and you access it via special devices (SM/SD) which are detailed in the manual.

The ENET is connected to the external bus on the right side and is accessed via buffer memory (e.g. FROM/TO commands). You will need to identify the start I/O number of the module depending on its location on the bus.

Also consider the following: When configuring the communications Port Numbers for these Ethernet modules. The FX3U ENET ADP module is configured as Port 5556, while the Special Function Module FX3U ENET keeps the default Port No. 5551.

Pretty sure they have a step by step example on their website, or in the Downloads section here.  I know I've seen one before.  Also, the FX3U Data Communication Manual should have the examples.
