Installation alarm code (-5006:0x800700b7)

Hello can you help me regarding the alarm code (-5006:0x800700b7) I am using Windows 10 OS. and I am installing Japanese version of GX Works 2 whenever I install the update. this error alarm code always pops up. What should I do? cam somebody help me? even my boss from japan cannot figure it out.

second question: for example: I install the English update of GX works2 and use the Japanese GX works CD. is it ok or it will not install?

1. GX Works2 can be intalled onto Win10 32 or 64 bit without problem. Look there http://forums.mrplc.com/index.php?/topic/29294-windows-10/&do=findComment&comment=139079 

To install the software package:

a) make a copy of installation folders;

b) using a right click menu fix problems with OS compatibility for all executable files inside the folders

c) run the installation process.

2. Like it's written at the manufacturer's website, the Japanese software version is compatible with Japanese updates only, while the European with European. So do not mix to avoid an installation problem.

If your Win10 assembling version is 1511 or higher, then don't perform the abovementioned actions with executable installation files http://forums.mrplc.com/index.php?/topic/31173-installation-alarm-code-50060x800700b7/&do=findComment&comment=146424 , just run the installation process.
