I see that your other posts are about the NT21, so I assume that you saw this on the front of your NT21.  You can likely fix this here:

hYq4SgOES8EAAAAASUVORK5CYII=

Of course you will have to figure out the first address that contains the clock information for the PLC to which your HMI is connected.
