Concept 2.6 Timers

Hello , 

I have never used Concept before and have questions about setting up Timers . I need to have a motor turn on for 30 min and off for 3 hours . I have done a little programming with RSLogix and have used timers . Is there a EN , DN, and RES in concept ? I did not see anything like that . How would I write code to turn the motor on and off , then reset and start over ? Any help at all would be great . Thank You
