Most vendors who actually had a ladder viewer built into their HMI don't work with compiled programming languages like the new IEC 61131-3 stuff. And it's pretty much guaranteed that the only ones who can do it are screens from the same vendor as the PLC. Most vendors do not let out how to read their program code to third parties.
