christophertedjo Posted November 3, 2016 Report Posted November 3, 2016 i need a example code for position control of MR-J3-20A with QD75D4 as intelligence module. and i want to see the parameter if possible
AlexMota Posted November 3, 2016 Report Posted November 3, 2016 (edited) Hi, Which software are you using? GX developer or GX Works2? If you are using GX Works, you can set up QD75D4 adding as a new module in intelligent function Module. And you will need to write a code just for movement. Edited November 3, 2016 by AlexMota

AlexMota Posted November 4, 2016 Report Posted November 4, 2016 i think is not so easy to start with motion system to beginners. As you said, you haven't work with any plc yet. To begin with some basic tutorials would be good idea. Take a look in this link. It will help you a lot. http://www.mitsubishielectric.com/fa/assist/e-learning/eng.html returning to motion system. What you need to know: Before to start a code, you will need to wire the cables according the only way to work a QD75D__ with MR-J3__: Pulse train input . See the manuals. After that , you wiil need to configure the amplifier using GX-Configurator software. The next step in GX Works 2, add the QD75D_ as a inteligent function module and configure the module. You will need keeping in mind what kind of motion you want, all maths to gear relation and so on like you thinked your system As i said , not too easy. And finally the code you are talking about. The last thing that you do and the easyest ( if all your configuratios are ok).
