HELP!! Edited December 5, 2016 by noomdog
Crossbow Posted December 5, 2016 Report Posted December 5, 2016 Never heard of that PLC number. That cable is for the TSX37 and TSX57. Not sure it will work for you.
cHud Posted December 6, 2016 Report Posted December 6, 2016 Heres a link to the manual At the bottom it shows how to connect. Also make sure your convertor is set to multi Crossbow most schneider modbus device are connected to with that cable. http://www.schneider-electric.com/en/product-range-download/1055-modicon-otb/?filter=business-1-industrial-automation-and-control&parent-category-id=3900
Crossbow Posted December 7, 2016 Report Posted December 7, 2016 Good to know, think I still have one in a box in storage... Been years since anyone asked me to look at one.
PLCRune Posted December 23, 2016 Report Posted December 23, 2016 If you start the Driver manager. Check where you choose comport number if it says ready at the port. Then your cable is ok. But is it possible to use a standard ethernet patch? I think this is not ok. You shoud have a modbus cable. Only pin 4 and 5 connected. Pin to pin. Pin 8 for ground. You have set the communication parameters correct? You choose this with the wheels on the modul. And the adress..
