NT31C Upload Issues

Hi 

 

Need some help. I have been trying to upload from a Omron NT31C-ST141-EV1 to  NT series Support Tool (4.8) on my PC as back up.

I have tried all the NT31C  model types on the Support Tool but keep getting the same error on PC -

 

System program version installed in the PT and the application version selected in the support tool does not match. Please check the system program version in the PT and the selected model at the Support Tool. Communication aborted.

 

'Connecting' does flash up briefly on the PT, so they are linked.

The PT is running system version 2.11 (1999)

Can anyone help?

You may be able to search these forums for more detail. I believe you have to use the original software it was programmed with. Most likely it was NTSS which is DOS based software. You can download it here. http://forums.mrplc.com/index.php?/files/file/93-ntss233/

You may have to run it on a Windows XP or older machine. I don't remember if I've used it in a Virtual Machine.
