FX 1S OUTPUT CONTINUOUS GIVING VOLTAGE

Hello all,

I am currently working on FX1S 20MR PLC but now im getting problem is that the PLC output led getting off but at output connection that is on COM port and on Y5 port its still showing voltage i.e. 135V. I think this is hardware problem. Please can anyone help what is the issue.?

Possibly the relay for that output the contacts have welded together.

Unhook the wire from the output contact and see if there is still voltage on the contact. If so, then the output has failed.

And how do we fix this while we run for another plc or can't get there for an hour to program another output?

We give it a short sharp tap directly where the output is. This often unsticks it for a little while............at your own risk of course :)
