Please assist with the following PLC error (occurs during the downloading process of the program.)  

Q03UD PLC CPU Memory error (specified drive's capacity) ES:0101a41cf.

"Over the specified drive's capacity. Please execute it again after checking the drive capacity or reducing the steps for online program change. Press the details button of program in Write to PLC window to set the steps for online program change."

What all are trying to download to the PLC? Typically if the program is of any size including the comments in your download will too much for it. Try downloading Program and Parameters only. That PLC should have enough memory for 30K steps if you are only downloading program and parameters.
