Mr Configurator trouble

Hello good morning, I would like to comment on a case, I have a MR JE A 20 driver, it is connected to a plc and it moves a clamp. The fact is that I have variations of distance until it reaches stops and skips the inverter by overload. Well my question is the following, I want to use the mr configurator, I downloaded it, but it gives me a drawback when I connect it I figure as the driver, but in the program it only appears offline, I can not revert, it will be because the Plc

How is the servo being controlled?  How is it wired?  What does the program look like?  Without more information about the application we cannot begin to help you troubleshoot it.
