mmd604 Posted August 16, 2017 Report Posted August 16, 2017 I am curious as to how I would program a analog sensor (ultrasonic 0-10v or 4-20ma) to act as a high low for a pump system. I have a allen bradley 5000 with analog inputs and discrete outputs. Would I use a move command to move the value of the analog input to a multiplyier and then use a equal too function to energize my discrete output.
mmd604 Posted August 16, 2017 Author Report Posted August 16, 2017 I have figured out how to scale input threw the i/o card properties. I am guessing all i have to do now is use a equal too function to energize and deenergize output
cHud Posted August 17, 2017 Report Posted August 17, 2017 not sure if AB has a hysteresis function block. Maybe search in help. If not then just use 2 normal comparators like you said
NevergoldMel Posted September 26, 2017 Report Posted September 26, 2017 There are Function Block Diagrams for that.
