timer block in unity

what is the Difference between timer blocks in quantum and unity PLC. While changing from quantum to unity, in case of off delay timers, whether inputs needs to be reversed? (NO to NC)

I pressume you are talking about a quantum (Concept software) to a quantum (Unity software). 

IEC timers should work the same. All the timers i have seen in different software work the same.

 

but you have a simulator in unity pro. so why not run a test to make sure
