I want to communicate VersaMax with PC by Port 1 ( 9 pin ) of PLC. Kindly suggest the wiring and settings.

Use a straight through cable (I use an extension cable) and default settings are 19.2k Baud, 8 bits, 1 stop bit, Odd Parity.
