How to set cx-designer to be offline?

Hi, I would like to ask for help about I cannot click on ‘Start PLC-PT Integrated Simulation’ ,and the another problem is when I click on ‘Test' in CX-Designer; chose for connect to CX-Simulator and click start, it come out with "Cannot execute Integrated Simulation. Please set offline with CX-Programmer and start up only one CX-Programmer you want to execute. Then execute it again."

So how can I set the CX-Designer become offline with CX-Programmer?

I'm not sure I've ever started NS / PLC simulation through CX Designer. It may be possible somehow. I've always started it from CX Programmer.

Have both projects open at the same time. From CX Programmer choose Simulation > Start PLC - PT Integrated Simulation.
