how to write program to memory card plc omron CS1H

i need some help, how the way to write program into memory card, PLC OMRON CS1H

This is from the CS/CJ Programming Manual W394. There is a lot of information concerning the CF cards, maybe too much. DO NOT  format the CF card in Windows.

Does this steps also apply to CQM1H?

I would have to refer to the CQM1H Programming Manual. Have you looked at it? Be sure to find the CQM1H manual and not the CQM1 as they are very different CPUs.
