How connect wientek eMT3070A to master k120s plc over ethernet

Need help

I am trying to connect an HMI weintek (eMT3070A) to a PLC (master k120s)which located at a distance impossible to be wired.I have a good ethernet service, but as i have no direct experience on working over ehternet in PLC and HMI communication, have no idea of how addressing HMI to stablish comunication with the remote PLC  using any  protocol converter.

What is the distance that you want to communicate?
I have used the following Ubiquity product for point to point communication.

As per my other responses, you will need the converter from Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU for communication to the K120S.
