Communication between fx3u-232ADP-MB and HIM

Hi everyone 

I am beginner  in automatic.  I'd like to connect a fx3uc plc with HMI MT8000 via interface module FX3u-232ADP-MB using rs232 cable .

Please can someone help me with plc parameter (plc system2) in GX developer , when I connect my plc with HMI MT8000 now a msg box appear PLC NO RESPONSE ☹☹☹

I tried a lot of option ...can I do a clear memory and format memory to delete all setting sent before.
